In an occasion when our planet is in a crisis… banks going under, people losing their homes and jobs and the sense of foreboding that surrounds us, it sure would be good to see a miracle. I wasn’t surprised at all when this crisis hit and it isn’t a predicament I choose to neither dwell on nor get upset about. This crisis was predicted years ago. It had been prophesied when an occasion came when humanity was more concerned using their possessions than one another, the entire world as we realize it would change. There would be floods, wars, famines, a growth in crime and the major banks and financial institutions would fall. It would have been a awaken call.
Is that not exactly what’s occurring as we speak? We live in a civilization where most people live beyond their means. It’s develop into a “gotta own it” indulgent society. We would like instant gratification. And we have gone beyond our methods to get it. We think only of the physical pleasures and have lost our connection to your brain and spirit of humanity. Our children are following in our footsteps. They have all of the bells and whistles available and they’ve them as soon as they become available. They’re a generation of kids who don’t really know what it’s to take responsibility for their actions nor the satisfaction of earning an incentive for employment well done. They see, they want, they get. The same as us. Obviously I’m generalizing. There are kids and adults who help others and are responsible. But they are a minority.
So, perhaps, this crisis could be viewed as magic, one that is forcing all of us to avoid and decide what’s important. What’re the priorities in your lifetime? How will you change your current circumstances? What are you willing to do to make your lifetime work now? I think we all have too much’stuff.’ Last year I visited a third world country where I found that families, un curso de milagros videos friends and community are at the top of the listing of priorities. What a different world they live in. No, they don’t have four-bedroom, two hundred thousand dollar homes. They don’t have two cars, four TVs, every video game available or the most recent fashions but they’ve the sense of togetherness. So when did we lose ourselves? What happened that people value possessions a lot more than humanity? I think this can be a personal dilemma. There is probably an alternative answer for every folks that people could evaluate and decide what we can do to improve ourselves and consequently, change our world. In doing so we can experience our miracles.
So what’s magic anyway? Albert Einstein said and I quote, “There are two ways to live your life. One is like nothing is a miracle. One other is like everything is a miracle.” I often trust him.
Once we think of miracles, we automatically think of healings that come directly from God or one of His chosen ones. In the dictionary that is defined as: “An event that is apparently contrary to the laws of nature and is regarded being an act of God.” In actual fact, miracles happen everyday to ordinary people. And there’s more then one definition of’miracle’in the dictionary. Here’s another: “An event or action that is totally amazing, extraordinary or unexpected.” Could we then say this major crisis is actually a miracle and be grateful because of it happening? Now that is clearly a tall order, isn’t it. Be grateful that we’re losing all our money and possessions. Has it made you more alert to what you do have? Then that is clearly a miracle.
Being grateful or thankful is simple to do for what we perceive as the good things in our lives. Being grateful for everything is really a tad harder. Asking the question, “What can I learn from this example?” helps us to know what we will do to improve it and move ahead and that is clearly a miracle.
For centuries, worldly scholars have told us that what we think we are. Which means that if you consistently think you’re fat, poor, jobless or other things that you’re thinking then that’s what you are. Everything is energy and your thoughts and actions are part of that energy. What we think, exactly how we act and what we do is transmitted in to the universe. (It’s similar to sending a contact on the Internet). That energy resonates with like energies and returns to you that that you simply have transmitted. It’s as easy as that. Einstein told us that years back and we’re just beginning to know how important it is. Changing our thoughts and energy could be the solution you are looking for.
To see these changes and consequently, miracles we need to tune into them. By being alert to our surroundings we begin to possess more and more’strange’things happen. Challenge yourself. Put a thought in to the universe repeatedly a day and become alert to what’s happening around you. Make that challenge something that you could measure. Something such as, “I have the $50.00 to pay my friend back.” Your response may can be found in an odd way. This is exactly why you’ll need to keep yourself informed of what’s happening around you. One other thing I always remember to do will be grateful for many that I have and for things that come my way so after every’transmission,’ I say, “Thank you.”
Our planet is in a crisis. Humanity has lost its direction. We’ve been given a wakeup call. Viewed as magic, this crisis is giving us the opportunity to target on our relationships be it family, friends, employees/employers, community or self. It’s forcing all of us to avoid and decide what’s important. Miracles are waiting to take place to you. The choice is yours.
